The Role
Responsibilities
- Administering all the hiring processes of new employees.
- Creating new HR policies and updating the existing ones.
- Counseling employees as and when required.
- Conducting exit interviews to identify the reason for termination/resignation.
- Maintaining and recording employee attendance.
- Adhering to all the company’s rules and regulations
Ideal Profile
Skills Required
- You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within IT.
- You ideally possess solid experience in Online learning.
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
