This is a managerial role which requires the candidate to exhibit exceptional data management skills. He/She will be the key person in the department leading Planning & Business Support unit of Property Management and will be the focal point to provide all kinds of visibilities to the management as and when required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Align with Recovery & CS Team for project wise recoveries & tax collection data.
• Closely coordinate with Documentation & Inventory teams for inventory tracking.
• Align with Tech & BI teams for CRM developments & system reports including Dashboards.
• Liaison with Legal, Finance & Marketing for day to day operations.
• Adopt the ways to synergize with regional teams on Big Data Management.
• Maintaining fortnightly, monthly, quarterly & yearly data pertaining to recoveries, documentation, pricing and inventory.
• Cross functional working with Finance & Construction teams to keep a tab on cash flow requirements Presenting business updates to higher management.

Job Requirements:

• Qualification: Bachelors/Masters in IT or equivalent
• Experience: 6-8 Years’ experience in Data Management and relevant Field
• Location: Multan
