Job Description:

The applicant selected for this position will be responsible for installing and configuring hardware systems and applications; ensuring smooth functioning of computers, laptops, ops, CCTV, bio-metric machines and other IT-related equipment; and communicating with staff or clients to resolve their tech-related concerns. In addition, he (or she) will be troubleshooting systems and networking problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults and replacing the parts if required, setting up new users’ accounts/profiles and dealing with password issues and coordinating with vendors and ISP to timely resolve the issues. Further, the applicant will be responsible for maintaining necessary IT-related files and records as well as visit/support sub-offices as per requirement.
