About the job

  • Must be fluent in English in Communication and Speaking as well.
  • Must have minimum experience of 3 years in relevant field.

Ø Be in charge of running and managing the sales team daily

Ø Set target for Sales agents

Ø Helping and guiding sales agents in closing a sale

Ø Monitor all calls to ensure that due procedures and quality standards strictly adhere to.

Ø Ensure that clients are kept happy and satisfied at all times by providing prompt responses and solutions to their challenges at all times

Ø Ensuring agents understand and comply with all call center objectives, performance standards, and policies.

Ø Answering agent questions regarding best practices or difficult calls.

Ø Identifying operational issues and suggesting possible improvements.

Ø Monitoring and evaluating agent performance, providing learning or coaching opportunities, and taking corrective action, if necessary.

Ø Preparing reports and analyzing data to assist management as they determine sales goals.

Working with other supervisors and management team members to support agents and maximize customer satisfaction
