Office Location: Sector F, DHA Phase-I, Rawalpindi

Job type: Full-time, on-site (10:00am – 6:00pm)

Preferred Candidates: Residents of Rawalpindi & Islamabad

Job Responsibilities:

– Consistently recruiting excellent staff and overseeing hiring process.

– Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.

– Carrying out necessary administrative duties.

– Conducting performance and wage reviews.

– Creating company policies based on the best HR practices and ensuring policy awareness.

– Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.

– Conducting exit interviews with the outgoing staff members.

– Work with department heads to determine the training needs.

Job Requirements:

– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human resources management or equivalent.

– Minimum 1 year of proven working experience as an HR Executive.

– People-oriented and results-driven.

– Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

– The knowledge of HRIS or HRMS would be an advantage.
