Job Description:

This position is responsible to bring the key and actionable insights for both PTCL & Ufone commercial KPIs. This involves data extraction through DWH, analysis & effective data representation of all possible data sources, Pre-Post analysis of new products/services launches, trend jitters investigation, and specific Adhoc analysis.

Job Responsibilities:

• Adhoc & Pre Post Analysis: In order to perform a quick and accurate Adhoc analysis, to find out reasoning and actionable insights, first is to lead the overall discussion to understand the business requirement in detail, document them in writing in coordination with the team and assign internal team resources and finalize all possible KPIs and dimensions along with the expected timelines for the completion.
• Take the lead to convince the audience with actionable insights by presenting in latest data visualization tools for quick insights in the most efficient way.
• All results must be correlated with other standard dashboards and reports to be absolutely sure of the authenticity of the results being communicated.
• Tentative timelines are to be communicated to request initiators and if the analysis is lengthy then partial milestone timelines are communicated.

• In certain cases, the query level data may be rechecked with other relevant teams for double verification.
• Regular EMT Presentation & Trackers: In order to keep Senior Management updated on the overall business scenario, comprehensive weekly and monthly presentations, trackers and dashboards are issued and trends are being monitored, correlated, authenticated, and cross-checked with other data sources, reports, and trends.
• Furthermore, new additions and dimensions are being added to keep aligned with changing business environment. Regular inputs from relevant stakeholders are being sought and best recommendations are discussed and mutually approved for the regular update.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent Data coorelationing & Number memory.
• Absolute clarity on User segments (Prepaid, Postpaid, Copper, GPON & MFS), Value segment (HVC, MVC, LVC), Subscriber Category (Core, FCA, Revival), Dormancy & Churn (CMP, OCR, Soft & Hard Churn types) impact, Customer satisfaction scores, Network & technology KPIs, Data & Non-Data, Handset dimensions, S&D specific KPIs.
• Proactive approach towards issues resolution.
• Convincing & Innovative approach.
• Working knowledge of Tableau or Power BI will be a plus.
• The position requires a thorough understanding of Wireline and Wireless KPIs with clarity on Prepaid and Postpaid Billing Systems, data extraction & modeling, data visualization, KPIs definitions & implementation, and tax/regulatory impact on Data reporting.
• Logic & reasoning from trend and Pre-post analysis.

Qualification & Experience:

• Master`s degree (business degree with preferable bachelor’s in Computer Sciences)
• 3 Years or more Telecom industry experience
