- Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple vacancies, adopting an innovative sourcing approach and engagement method to bring the best talent to each role
- Tightly manage a multi-stage interview process that ensures decisions are made in a structured way and according to pre-defined criteria with the goal of reducing bias
- Work with other members of the recruitment team to collaborate, share market insights and support each other as required
- Ensure candidates are afforded a positive experience by being kept up to date on the status of their application and provided sensitive, constructive feedback
- Facilitates contacts by creating and maintaining a presence in the technical/industry community and marketplace.
- Managing international hiring of USA, Ukraine and the Middle East.
- 3+ years in leading the recruitment team.
- 3+ years of technical recruitment experience and managing full recruitment lifecycle from a software/ tech industry.
- Exposure to hiring internationally is preferred.
- Proactive mindset with an unrelenting focus on achieving your goals and targets
- Very strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Desire to be part of a high-performing team
- Creativity in problem-solving, resourcefulness, and ability to be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Experts in the use of LinkedIn and LinkedIn RPS must have a sound understanding of Applicant Tracking systems and sourcing tools.
