International Sales Specialist (Karachi)

Candidate Profile:

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 01 – 03 Years

Language Proficiency: Fluent English Speaker

Minimum Education: O & A level (Preferred)/ Graduate

JOB TIMINGS: Night (Office Based)

JOB TYPE: Permanent/ Full-Time

SALARY BRACKET: 45 to 70k + Incentives

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with US and UK based Clients via Chat, Email, and Call and convert them into a customer by using your sales practices/experience and then look after the needful customer support.

• Responsible for taking or canceling orders and obtaining details of customer complaints.

• Process orders, applications, and Forms.

• Follow up with customers and their complaints.
