We are in the process of building a great Tech Product for the global market to meet the ongoing demand for tech talent, especially by tech startups, all over the world. In order to do this, we are looking for talented, fearless, and open-minded individuals who want to think beyond the norms and the present.

We are currently present across all countries worldwide, and hence we seek ambitious interns who want to understand the global startup ecosystem, for the global market, and eventually contribute to building the world’s best social platform for engineers through various upcoming exciting challenges and rapid growth.

DESCRIPTION

We are looking for passionate interns, who work closely with our BD team and can help us get leads to engineering jobs to be available on our platform.

This would involve:

• Getting in touch with potential tech companies and recruiters, both startups and large-scale companies, getting their relevant tech jobs for the global market.
• Facilitating the process of posting these jobs on the startup oi platform.
• Building growth strategy and finding different mediums to reach out to prospective companies.
• Maintaining relationships and acquiring feedback from all companies

• Certification of completion, a letter of recommendation can be provided upon request based on meeting basic performance criteria.

What we are looking for?

• Fresh graduates or 0-1 year experience
• Solid skills in using office tools, Google suites, and good communication skills
• Individuals who want to build things from scratch and love dealing with ambiguity
• A mindset of curiosity, by wanting to learn above and beyond their job description
• Want to expand their working horizons beyond the local market only, and work with Global teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication (English)
• Must have at least 1-2 hours of free time daily
