Job Responsibilities:

• Ensures that customer’s queries and complaints are resolved in reasonable time.
• Promote Bank’s Image by effectively selling the brand.
• To maximize the sales of bank products and meet specific sales targets for Deposits, Consumer Finance, Bank assurance, and Internet Banking.
• Manage smooth Relationships with Customers.
• To coordinate sales efforts of other sales staff of branch
• Ensure confidentiality of all customer records and bank documents at all times
• Manages & monitors portfolio attrition
• Meet/Exceed Deposit Targets allocated within specific time frame.
• Initiate, develops and establishes strong relationships with customers in order to market and promote banks products to increase revenues of the branch.
• To be fully conversant and up-to-date in the banking products and market knowledge.
• Ensure completion of all KYC formalities before, during & after opening of individual & business accounts.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory & legal requirements set by SBP & Soneri Bank
• Provides relevant updates to supervisors & management daily on performance.
• To generate business through local sales promotion, outdoor marketing calls to potential individual customers for mobilizing the deposits through NTBs
• Meet/Exceed all cross-selling targets allocated within specific time frame.
