The Role

Savills is one of the leading global real estate service providers with a footprint in over 70 countries. In Pakistan, Savills has been operational since 2007 with core expertise in capital markets, investment services, development advisory, project management and valuation advisory.

Through our research and investment advisory team, we advise developers on real estate developments, highest and best use of properties, product mix and financial feasibilities.

As our business continues to grow, we are looking to expand our research and investment advisory team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative market research, through different mediums including primary and secondary modes to identify changes in the supply/demand dynamics and other KPI’s
• Analyse development opportunities to recommend the best possible solution via DCF, IRR, etc. to local and foreign developers
• Prepare market data decks for our corporate clients
• Collaborate with our regional offices to ensure timely execution of deliverables.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• At least 1-3 years’ of experience in a similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Google Earth
• Able to navigate well with clients and meet their expectations
• Highly numerate and analytical
• Team player with the motivation to learn and adapt
• Motivation and willingness to travel to site locations
• Good grasp of Corporate Finance concepts (DCF, IRR, NPV)
• Experience in investment banking/advisory/consultancy/commercial real estate is highly advantageous
