IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Overseeing smooth operations of Enterprise IT applications.
- Primarily responsible for 24/7 application support and availability.
- Supporting digital infrastructure platforms on Webservers (Weblogic & Websphere) , Middleware, and Campaign solutions.
- Working closely with Infra, planning, and business teams.
- Help ensure modern Cloud environments are built and maintained to appropriate standards and compliance.
HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT
- Devise and implement the policies and procedures regarding OSS solutions
- Ensure compliance with budgets, targets, and deadlines through the implementation of cost-efficient controls
- Evaluating performance and productivity of reporting employees and developing their growth strategies.
- Managing and monitoring Vendor KPI’s and SLA’s
- Incident tracking and ensuring timely closure as per the agreed OLAs
- Analyzing new Business requirements and performing end-to-end testing activities.
- Recommend strategies for technical aspects of projects as well as broad system improvements.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
Qualification
- Master’s degree in IT with a deep understanding of IT/Telecom
