Your Team

You will report to the regional Workplace Services Cluster Leader and be working with multi-functional partners In Karachi. You will also be accountable for a large team of P&G’s external workplace vendors and suppliers.

What Success Looks Like

As a Workplace Services Leader, you are expected to lead a team that will run our workplace and ensure that our employees perform at their peak in our offices. You will be responsible for crafting a strategy to run, digitize, and transform our workplace, and you are also expected to eventually lead local and regional workplace IT projects with some low-level coding. Workplace services management:

  • Develop and deploy an action plan to improve user experience in the workplace. You will work closely with the site stakeholders (GM, HR, IT) to align the site strategy on how to run the space.
  • Manage, coordinate, and ensure that the site plan is delivered via our key partners on site (Facilities and IT partners)
  • Govern and track performance expectations of IT and Facilities team on site
  • Identify and improve services delivered by IT and Facilities
  • Liaise with project management teams
  • Network management will be key. Your role is to coordinate with relevant parties to maximize network performance on site, report network operational issue

Qualifications

BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

1-5 years’ experience in network and/or facilities management

Client management skill (particularly experience in managing Executives)

Project Management Fundamentals (Communications, Change management, Customer management, Financials management, Scheduling, etc.).

Vendor management to oversee key partners needed to run the site

Ability to work effectively with and influence project managers, board members, project partners, business unit leaders, etc.

Strong analytical skills a plus – proficient in Microsoft Power Suite of tools (BI, Automate, Knime, etc).

Ownership with executional excellence (ITIL certification)

Strong network fundamentals (via job experience or CCNA certification)
