PakWheels.com is currently looking for a Car Transaction Manager to drive and navigate a team rallying in this revolution.
- Develop relationships with car dealers to increase car sales to the dealer network.
- Ensure high level of customer (car buyers and car sellers) satisfaction through good service delivery and timely response to customer queries/complaints.
- Ensure all company-defined protocols and processes are religiously followed by the team.
- Regularly visit key customers and participate in car transactions to deeply understand the business and come up with improvement.
- Daily reporting on fieldwork and show desirable progress to management when required.
- Ensure that the car sales and revenue targets are met timely for the assigned region.
- Monitoring, identifying, and addressing shortfalls, developing innovative methods to improve team performance and increase region performance.
- Able to hire and train a team of high-performance car sales professionals.
- Proven track record of meeting company targets individually as well as through sales
- Great communication, interpersonal and organizational
- Persistent, hardworking, passionate (about sales & cars) and creative.
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in direct sales and managing a team of field sales.
- Excellent sales and presentation skills
- Minimum Bachelors (MBA can be a plus)
