Job Description:

Develop pool of potential locations (minimum of 5 locations for one store) through location analysis tool & market knowledge.
Develop scouting itineraries to cover all locations identified and physically visit locations to scout for sites.
Identify sites for site analysis.
Build a network of relevant agents/brokers/landlords.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial negotiation of contracts with landlords, developers and operators.
• Revise business case in case of challenge.
• Supervise site till handover to the project management team.
• Assist management in development of business case.
• Conduct feasibility analyses (financial analysis, SWOT analysis) on proposed site vs ideal site.
• Conduct check-list assessment (footfall, rent benchmarks, legal & structural compliance).
• Compile photographs.

Job Requirements:

• Consumer Financing, Executive Presentation Skills, Business Strategy, Leasing,

Qualification & Experience:

• MINIMUM EDUCATION Masters
• CAREER LEVEL Experienced Professional
• MINIMUM EXPERIENCE 8 Years
