IJob Purpose

The Key Accounts Manager (National Role) is responsible for managing NFL’s E-commerce sales strategy, channel development, management and operations. He/she will also be responsible for driving sales growth, collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders to drive e-commerce sales from B2C and B2B markets. He/she will also be responsible for over-looking Accounts credit management, account onboarding and growth.

Principle Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute overall business strategy including sales objectives with team leads for every month plus quarterly and annual business plans.
  • Act as project manager to develop, implement and test E-Commerce initiatives, with a cross-functional approach.
  • Provide in-depth analysis of sales data with focus on KPIs (conversion, average order size) and ways to improve through proposed promotions
  • Be the liaison and main point of contact with fulfilment partners regarding inventory management, customer service and store plans
  • Liaison with marketing to merchandise products across the site by producing collections, categories, and landing pages
  • Identify new areas of E-Commerce opportunity and stay abreast of market and consumer trends
  • Plan budget financials for the year and work closely with relevant stake holders to device pricing strategy & promotional campaigns
  • Ensuring active order management and stock keeping with each customer to ensure swift E-Commerce operations
  • Crafting and negotiating business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from customers through securing maximum marketing visibilities and optimum commercial discounts
  • Recommend improvements to departmental policy and lead the implementation of procedures and controls covering all areas of E-Trade service activity for the assigned brands so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service
  • To create Trackers for credit management, inventory management and fresh stock return
  • Drive and communicate all initiatives by brand to customer including marketplaces & E-Retailers
  • Ensure proper and timely communication of relevant issues to relevant stakeholders
  • Stimulate subordinates and contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of e-trade marketing systems, processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement
  • Supervise and lead the preparation of timely and accurate departmental MIS statements and reports of the assigned category/brands to meet NFL’s broader and sales department requirements, policies and standards
  • Performs other related duties or assignments as directed

Education

  • BBA/MBA preferred

Experience

  • 4-5 years experience in Field Sales in FMCG Industry (Mandatory) with strong foundation in GT and MT channel
  • Minimum 1-2 year experience in E Commerce (Preferred)
