Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify the proper cost elements from the local or import products plus various inbound freight cost and duties to derive the true landing cost.
• Generate and carry forward the cost of product sales for the month according to the sales and delivery order.
• Through tracking and analysis of product costs and department expenses, submit a cost management analysis report and propose cost reduction proposals and steps;
• Track and investigate the inventory deviation from all parties and warehouses.
• Apply generally accepted cost accounting methodology to come up with standard costing for our inventory and operating expense categories for business cost modeling.
• Assist with annual inventory audits and cost perspectives.
• Participate in the inventory of warehouse and store goods at the end of the month and compile the inventory report according to the relevant ERP system.
• Regularly archive the cost calculation data and binding on a monthly basis;

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of three years of Accounting Experience, two years in Cost Accounting.
• Strong comprehension ability, data analysis ability and management ability, can find and solve problems from relevant data, Strong communication and coordination skills, and has good professionalism and execution.
• Experience working with Retail companies will be a huge plus.
• BS Degree in Business/Finance or Accounting major, Cost Accounting major is preferred
• Knowledge of standard costing and accounting, as well as cost statement preparation and cost analysis.
• Proficiency in office and Accounting software, especially proficient in excel.
• SAP highly preferred.
