Mighty Knights is hiring for Medicare and FE Sales Verifiers.

Responsibilities:

• Learn and prepare the closing script with good attention to detail.
• Build positive conversations with the prequalified customer and connect them with the international line.
• Keep note of details provided by customers and submit them to the company’s database.
• Increase your closing consistently & generate maximum successful connections and transfer to the international line.
• Maintain good relations with your team, demonstrate discipline and professional line.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in us based call center. A telemarketing project is a must-have requirement.
• Fluent English speaking, listening, and customer engagement skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Note: It’s a night shift job (7:00 pm to 5:00 am) and we are located in Rawalpindi
