Team Lead – Research Writing Dept.

Salary: 65,000 PKR + Monthly Bonus.

Timings: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM PST.

Location: DHA Phase II, Near Giga Mall, Islamabad.

Job Type: Full Time – On Site

Job Responsibilities:

• Versatile experience working on assignments, dissertations, thesis, and report writing.
• Must have the know-how of compliance, grammar, formatting, referencing, etc. to ensure that the work is as per the guidelines provided by the clients
• Must have knowledge of all referencing styles like Harvard, APA, MLA IEEE, Oscula, etc.
• Manage writers and give training to new hires.
• Responsible for assigning tasks and QA the completed tasks sent by the research writers.
• Check whether papers written by other writers match the requirements our customers provide when placing their orders.
• Review the fresh orders and send orders on concern if any details are missing to the support team.
• Check revisions and send revisions on concerns if any details are missing, an amendment is required, or a wrong revision is placed.
• Coordinate with respective team members and team lead of the writing department to ensure quality is maintained and orders/revisions are delivered promptly.
• Spot areas for improvement to enhance the work’s efficiency.
• Motivate team members and listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
• Delegate tasks and set deadlines
• Oversee day-to-day operation

Skills Required:

• Candidate must hold Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Biological, Medical, or Health Sciences.
