About the job

Purpose

As Specialist Network security and projects typical responsibilities include procurement, set up and maintenance of hardware and software systems of network and communication, designed to ensure network security. Manage Network & Communication projects from project inception to closure and ensure project delivery within allocated budget and stipulated timeframes. Also, S/He will be responsible to prepare RFPs, bid proposals, contracts, scope of work reports, and other documentation for IT NWC projects and associated efforts.

1.Networks Project Management

Monitoring and leading IT Network Operations, major responsibilities include.

Project Management responsibilities included everything from POC, RFP, TE, to Projects deployments and monitoring solutions deployments.

Gathered system requirements and performed validation testing for enhancements to the department’s primary project management tool.

2.Networks and Communications Security Management

Responsible for network security and writing technical documentation.

Will be responsible for Network Hardening and all other Network Security initiatives and projects.

Analyze and resolve network security issues and performed system recoveries during outages and outside attacks.

Implemented network security, and configured NAT, Proxy Server and Fire Walls.

CCNP Security/NSE4,5,6,7 certified will be preferred.
