Business Analyst

We are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst based in Karachi. This is a permanent position and will report directly to the Team Lead Digital Transformation.

Position Summary

The Business analyst will be responsible for Digital Projects from Identifying requirements till the complete execution of a project.

Key Responsibilities

• Take business requirements on the assigned projects from the beneficiary department.
• Plan all projects’ timelines, deliverables, and micro deliverables.
• Follow Digital Transformation SOP in place for project management and delivery.
• Ensure timely deliverables of a milestone of assigned projects within the team.
• Managing, coordinating and following up with all the POCs for each project.
• Ensure agile and waterfall practices in project management.
• Analyzes areas to work on from manual work to automation.
• Plan solution with the Technical Team.
• Get UAT done with the business, Review from IS, and have the signoff in writing.
• Ensure deadlines are met and projects go live according to the decided plan as per the given criteria.
• Tasks and duties as assigned from time to time by the immediate line manager/department head.

Unique Knowledge & Skills

• Needs to be a Graduate / Masters in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 3 to 4 years of relevant experience.
• Business Analysis / Critical Analysis skills.
