INTECH Process Automation is looking for an energized and capable professional for the role of a QHSE Engineer.

His/her general responsibilities shall include but not limited to the following:
- The practice and implementation of company’s QHSE policy
- Ensure compliance to IMS certification and its implementation globally
- Ensure compliance to QHSE objectives and targets
- Provide support, advice, and training to facilitate the implementation of IMS requirements
- Ensures that a project specific QA Plan is drawn up and agreed prior to commencement of work
- Identifies required training and provides induction to all new employees relating to Quality and relevant refresher courses
- Conduct Project/Internal Audits of each Projects, Processes, or departments as per Audit frequency
- Log all Customer Complaints and ensure their timely and effective closure
- Liaison with the Certification body on certification, audits and payments matters.
- Plan and conduct trainings on IMS processes
- Carry out data analysis
- Conduct Management Review Meetings
- Support Operations and other support departments for data related to IMS.
Requirements:
Professional Qualification:
- Business or Engineering Graduate
- Lead Auditor Course (ISO 9001:2015)
- API Q1 & CSIA understanding is advantageous
Professional Experience:
- Experience of 2-3 Years in Quality Assurance / Quality Control

- Strong communication (Verbal & non-verbal) skills
- Excellent Presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills (Ability to coordinate with stakeholders to develop processes)
- Organized and disciplined approach towards work
- Critical Thinker and Detailed Oriented
- Efficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint), SharePoint & Power BI
