Job Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and qualifying warm and cold leads
- Giving strong sales presentations demonstrating benefits and value
- Developing and working monthly sales plan
- Providing client sales proposals
- Appropriately using pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations
- Closing sales proposals in a timely manner
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Develop long term relationship with clients
- Educate clients on new products and services
- Provide weekly reports including pipeline updates to team manager
- Keep a track of sales and leads in CRM, maintain customer records
- Provide up to date, accurate and complete information in CRM tool
- Understanding and promoting company programs
- Respond to clients and prospects in a fast, friendly, and focused way regarding products, prices, reports, and other related information
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- High degree of English fluency
- Experience successfully selling to North American customers (US, Canada)
- Strong listening and relationship building skills
- Strong presentation skills, with emphasis on explaining benefits and value
- Excellent closing skills with proven record of volume sales
- 2 years or more experience in telemarketing sales and cold calling, outbound sales an advantage
- Experience selling press release distribution or digital marketing products a plus
- Ability to adapt communication style to the targeted audience
- Self-motivated, with minimal guidance
- Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks
- Willingness to work flexible hours in accordance with company needs/workflow demands
- Proficient with computer programs (i.e., Windows, Excel, Word)
- High energy and enthusiasm
- Diplomatic and engaging with customers
- Result oriented
- Excellent customer service skill
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in business or similar preferred
Experience: 2 years or above
Job Shift: 7 PM – 4 AM
