Ibex, for one of it’s US based clients, is looking to hire Business Analyst. The shortlisted candidate will engage directly with business stakeholders across all regions to gather, assess, identify impact to business, recommend process improvements and drive technology and solutions related to product delivery and creating effective tools at the company.

Responsibilities:

1. Business support to critical Sales leadership to prepare analytics and drive insights
2. Works both independently and with cross functional teams to create dashboards to identify trends and key drivers of the business
3. Data Visualization using Tableau/ Power BI platform – includes, conceptualization, creation & maintenance
4. Ability to pool data from multiple sources, filter through the data, analyze the results, and consolidate into a brief report/presentation with recommended action items
5. Supports the annual/quarterly/monthly recurring analysis of business-critical metrics

Requirements:

1. Strong command in building dashboards preferrable on Excel/Power BI/ Tableau
2. Proficiency with MS Excel
3. Good expertise on Power BI/ Tableau
4. Understanding of SQL and Python is also a plus
5. Completed university degree and 3-5 years of relevant work experience
6. Comfortable working in evening and night shift (EST time zone)
