Position: AM PMO – IT/Infrastructure
Job Duties:
- Managing Infrastructure projects end to end
- Ensure successful tracking and reporting of projects
- End to end project management – Project planning, documentation, scheduling, finances, tracking, technical handover
- Act as liaison between customers and team members as required
- Act as single point of contact and point of escalation in relation to projects
- Chair and minute weekly project meetings with internal / external stakeholders
- Manage clear channel of communication with internal and external stakeholders in relation to project status
- Coordinate with team(s) of different skill set to share and obtain technical information
- Understand and take charge of ongoing incidents and drive them towards resolution.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors in IT/CS or relevant degree
- Project management qualification (PMP or Prince2)
- Strong grasp on basic to intermediate computing/networking concepts.
- 3-5 years of work experience as a Project manager or in the similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical writing skills.
- Ability to facilitate, drive, orchestrate, and lead large diverse groups
- Willingness to learn and grow.
- Good analytical skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business driven reports detailing computing/disaster and other factors affected usual business operations.
- Due to the nature of this work, must be able to work unconventional shifts (on call/afterhours/weekends).
- Ability to interact with senior management, external client organizations and vendors.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and flexibility to multi-task across tasks with varying deadlines.
- Ability to comprehend Native North American, British or Neutral Language Accents.
- High energy, self-starter with bias for action and sense of urgency to deliver results
