Job Responsibilities

• To extract, create and maintain customer experience data driven insightful reports, presentations and other work. This role is an aftersales role (supporting clients).
• To handle the data extraction from different sources, manipulating extracted data by using software tools available to create data marts and process our client’s customer experience (survey) data and report to a person located in a primarily remote setup.
• To do data modeling through different statistical techniques; automating new and existing reports that are delivered to clients; cooperation and contribution in creating ISO standardized documentation and others.
• To analyze trends in data; looking for problems in data proactively and reporting discrepancies; cooperating with IT teams in order to get a job done.
• To strategize and create new analysis that can bolster the ibex analysis portfolio.

Job Requirements

• Undergraduate/Graduate degree in a related field (computer science, data analytics, statistical modeling, etc.).
• 6 months to 1 year of work experience.
• Beginner skills required for SQL, R, STATA or other statistical modeling software.
• Intermediate to advanced skills required for Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Attention to detail, team player, good communicator and self-driven mentality are all must have skills.
