Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in the same field.

Experience:

Minimum 5 year’s Experience as a support or development engineer for virtualization or cloud technologies on Linux.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Strong proficiency with 2G and 3G theoretical knowledge.
  • Be familiar with 2/3G OSS-KPI degradation reason analysis and OSS-KPI optimization process.
  • Understanding 2/3G major enhancement feature and solution. Have experience at feature or solution deployment and evaluation.
  • Be familiar with LTE OSS-KPI degradation de reason analysis and OSS-KPI optimization process.
  • Understanding LTE major enhancement feature and solution, such as VOLTE/ MLB /eSrvcc/CSFB. Have experience at feature or solution deployment and evaluation.
  • Hard-working attitude and accept overtime if project urgency task.

Required Skills:

  • Good service awareness as qualified RF service engineer.
  • Good skills at Huawei RF basic tool, such as Genexcloud/Omstart/FMA/U2020/U-net.
  • Good skills at basic RF office software such as Excel/Power point/word. Good at report summary and showing for RF daily work.
  • Good communication at network strategy with customer or daily work.
  • Have good capability at KPI optimization solution.
