Location:

Islamabad, Pakistan.

Qualification:

Bachelors Degree in a relevant field.

Language:

Chinese & English (speaking, reading and writing).

Experience:

Minimum 2 years experience in service industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the company’s business related to food, accommodation, and business, drive employee satisfaction, and ensure the quality of basic services.
• Continuously review employees’ service experience, continuously learn excellent experience from regions and the industry, and continuously promote the improvement of employees’ service quality.
• Review the operation efficiency of each employee’s service business, develop a continuous improvement plan, and promote the implementation of the plan.
• Serves as a key communication bridge between administrative departments and business departments, and coordinates and resolves business requirements of business departments for administrative services.
• Organize and plan related employee activities, such as food festival, birthday party, Spring Festival, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival etc.
• Provide support for other related administrative services and temporary work arranged by supervisors.

Basic Requirement:

• Chinese nationality or Chinese speaking, reading and writing.
• Good Communication skills in Chinese & English.
• Provide work visas and medical insurance in countries where you work.
