Job Description:
The incumbent will be responsible for all HR process which includes Compensations and benefits, hiring, training, recruitment, performance management, operations and all other HR functions
Job Responsibilities:
- Timely feedback, Effective communication between customer and company.
- Ensure a speedy recruitment process and a potential backup pool in place to fulfill the recruitment needs asap
- Handle all employee grievances professionally and resolve the conflicts in an unbiased manner
- Ensuring all recruitment is being handled transparently and all positions are closed in time
- Ensuring the overall effective processing of the HR functions
Job Requirements:
- Sense of responsibility and can take full ownership of the function
- Have strong leadership and communication skills, work independently
- Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, or Google equivalents
- Should have prior experience in recruitment and performance management
Qualification & Experience:
- BBA in HR, MBA in HR will be preferred
- Minimum 3 to 6 years’ (Call center experience) is preferable
