Job Description:
A leading fashion/Retail brand is urgently seeking profiles for the position of Customer Services Officers for a Work from home based opportunity based in Karachi.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer issue and assist to resolve within required timeframe
- Answering phone calls from customers professionally and responding to customer queries/complaints.
- Resolving customer complaints and managing database records
- Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.
- Processing orders, and applications requested by the customers.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service queries.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good computer and Communication skills
- Incumbent must be graduate and having (6 months – 1 year) of relevant customer services experience will be preferred
