About the job are looking for a results-driven sales representative to be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals.

We are looking for an outgoing and personable individual who has a strong persuasive technique and is persistent. We want the person to be able to take initiative and hit the ground running.

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, understand the field of Artificial Intelligence, and also superb interpersonal skills.

AI combines well with other advancing technologies and our projects often touch on robotics, AVs, VR/AR, Blockchain, quantum computing, IoT, etc. We have experience in creating solutions in numerous sectors, including EdTech, HealthTech, MedTech, CleanTech, AgriTech and others.

  • Prospect and qualify new sales leads
  • Schedule meetings and demos with prospects
  • Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
  • Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
  • Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos to a range of prospective clients
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
  • Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments
  • Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly.
  • Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics
  • Negotiate all contracts with prospective clients
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports about sales figures, goals and obstacles.
  • Supply management with status reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential
  • Continuously improve through feedback


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field
  • 5+ years of sales experience in B2B SaaS, PaaS and services sales
  • Experience in selling in the field of artificial intelligence would be beneficial
  • Ability to do your own lead-generation would be considered an advantage, not only sales prospecting
  • Accomplished hunter with experience selling software in the US and other English-speaking markets to mid-size companies
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
  • Excellent selling and negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
  • Strong prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency with sales management software and CRM systems
  • Ability to demo products with ease and confidence
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
