- Internal liaison between BD and other departments
- Creating and managing internal documents e.g. Product Penetration, Account Information etc.
- Creating internal Sales Reports
- Support & manage concluding AMCs & identifying and controlling RTLs
- Manage & arrange sales meetings and follow-ups on assigned tasks to team
- Manage & monitor Sales Force and customizations in SF as per requirements
- Creating & following-up on Product Campaigns
- Manage disputes & concerns in ongoing projects to relief Account Manager
- Handle annoyed customers as a neutral member of BD department
- Help/assist in creating Sales Plan and Sales Funnel
- Managing our subscription with Bid Tender, identify the relevant RFPs and share the same with the relevant Sales & Presales resources
- Help in making BRM presentation
- Managing the Rental, Rev Share and Managed Services spread sheets and graphs
- Other relevant tasks given by the supervisor
