We are looking for an experienced Salesforce developer, as an essential member of our Telemetry team! The role involves having a full and in-depth working knowledge of our CRM system, Salesforce. You will be the focal point for designing, implementing and maintaining solutions within the framework of a robust software life cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing solutions to improve the efficiency of Salesforce, making and keeping it fit for purpose.
- Liaising with and providing support to Salesforce users and power users from client-facing teams.
- Establish and manage changes to the Salesforce structure through a managed maintenance life cycle i.e. starting in development moving to a test environment before being released in a production environment.
- Provide pro-active, solutions-oriented guidance to Salesforce users regarding the functionality of Sales force and encouraging best use policies.
- Respond to problems and issues in a timely fashion, ensuring minimum disruption to service.
- Identifying areas for improvement and innovations that can be deployed particularly increasing the automation of processes and process controls.
- Creation and maintenance of documentation to enable cross team collaboration.
- Liaising with the IT team to establish, maintain and enforce a robust environment.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- Strong skills using and developing Salesforce as a CRM tool using Admin credentials.
- Great verbal and written skills that can be tailored to a wide range of audiences including client-facing teams.
- Excellent technical knowledge and an understanding of the software development process.
- Excellent problem solving skills and extraordinary levels of common sense.
- Exceptional organizational & prioritization skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
