Position Overview:

CureMD Bootcamp Manager’s strategize, develop, execute and measure the success of a verity of high-volume IT training bootcamps. They collaborate with the company leaders, subject matter experts, and the human resources team to build and continuously improve bootcamp functions across the organization. They bring innovative practices and a progressive culture to build individual skills, capabilities and competence to enhance people’s professional growth trajectory.

Successful candidates possess strong business acumen, critical thinking, and hands on knowledge of learning resources with a pragmatic and organized approach to implementing a wide verity of bootcamp initiatives. The individual is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced / highly frugal environment with a deep commitment to help people grow. They have proven experience building and leading teams along with a network of universities and learning partners at their disposal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead our bootcamp strategy, implementation, and operations with experience in successfully incorporating learning solutions, technologies, and platforms including digital, hybrid, and micro-learning programs and offerings.
  • Manage, and oversee day-to-day operations by liaising with trainers, career coaches, training coordinators and recruiters.
  • Act as a leader for the collection and systematization of information, the organization of extracurricular activities while managing the logistics and individual assistance.
  • Serve as project manager, and subject matter expert in high-performance skill development initiatives, learning methodologies, learning needs assessment, and measuring impact / effectiveness.
  • Cultivate partnerships with internal and external stake holder to source, induct, develop and retain top class students.
  • Partner with HR, and talent acquisition teams to source, shortlist, interview and onboard trainees
  • Partner with the Marketing team for market awareness/advertising across multiple mediums including video, print, and social media.
  • Prudence in tracking success metrics, KPIs and OKR’s to monitor and scale program success along with comprehensive reporting and forecasting.
  • Lead and develop a globally distributed team by consistently recruiting, engaging, motivating and retaining top talent in a hot market.

Education And Experience

  • BS, MS, MBA or a PhD in a related field.
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in designing and implementing learning and development strategies and programs in a learning-oriented IT environment.
  • Innovative, high-energy, entrepreneurial self-starter who has experience taking initiative and owning end-to-end deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are obsessed with excellence in an authentic and compelling way; you lead people to deliver their very best and take pride in running world-class training programs.
  • Experience in OD, with exceptional motivation and facilitation skills, hands on expertise in at least two industry standard LMS’s is a plus.
  • Superior analytical and quantitative skills; experience using data and metrics to independently test theories, confirm assumptions, and measure success with extreme attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with the ability to work cooperatively in a multi-cultural / international organization.
  • Be a master multi-tasker with out of the box thinking to align, prioritize, and solve complex business and operational problems
