Job Description
Convo is looking for an HR Officer. The individual will be mainly responsible for daily HR activities and will manage HR Operations and Employee Life Cycle related tasks including but not limited to recruitment, smooth employee onboarding, off-boarding, internal HR communication management, employee engagement initiatives and IPD and OPD management.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing and planning employee engagement initiatives and ensure operational excellence.
- Actively participate in recruitment activities and interview scheduling.
- Manage and resolve complex employee issues and grievances in a professional and effective manner.
- Responsible for handling day to day HR related queries and acting as a functional bridge between all departments and HR.
- Identifying main events or activities handled by the HR
- Manage employee OPD and IPD
- Any other task assigned by Line Manager.
Education
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business Administration, HR or equivalent
- Work Experience:
- Minimum 02 years of experience & exposure in HR, people operations, Talent management, Operations or related domain
Skills – Job Specific

- Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Good grip on MS suite
