Key Responsibilities

Perform In-depth troubleshooting to identify and eliminating systematic possible root causes of the reported incident /issue

Working and helping building accurate Data and AI pipelines and finding anomalies to improve modeling impact along with active product support

Able to coordinate and discuss technical issues with R&D, PSG and Dev Teams

Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams

Maintain overall ownership of client’s issue and service, ensuring that they receive resolution within a committed SLA

Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues. Advise how to avoid such incidents in the future

Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles

Competencies & Key Skills

Advanced understanding of Databases (MS SQL/MySQL/Postgres), Server Operating Systems (CentOS, Ubuntu, and Windows Servers), Basic Shell-Scripting

Good in Mathematics and Statistics

Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills

Basic understanding of containerized applications (Docker containers), APIs/middleware and authentication

Experience of using ticketing systems – JIRA, Siebel, ServiceNow, etc.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Quick Learner and able to adapt to new technologies

Experience with R/Python is a plus
