Responsibilities

As a Specialist, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
- Administering the firm’s increment cycle including gathering performance rating of all employees, applying applicable increment rates of the employees in accordance with their ratings, and presenting summarized information for management review
- Ensure all employment related offers are in compliance with the firm’s compensation policy.
- Oversee administration of health insurance and medical related benefits
- Management of employee leave records through leave requests and attendance information.
- Preparation of final settlement of employees, based on their last drawn salary, leave balance, and applicable taxes
- Oversee personnel information management within the firm including maintenance of personnel files and ensuring online database is up-to-date.
- Resolving employees complaints and grievances in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Fulfillment of external employment verification requests.
- Preparation of monthly headcount report and share with senior management.
- Increased process automation and reduced redundancies within the department through implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX and internally developed Sharepoint ERP
- Review and update HR policies and procedure, and identifying resolutions to identified gaps for presentation to the management.
- Handling of outsourced services.
- Study latest HR Trends and best practices for continuous improvement in HR system and practices.
Education
- Bachelors/Masters in Human Resources from a reputed university
Experience
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
