Job Description:

• Regional Head is responsible for performance in terms of loan products off all branches in the region.
• The main responsibility is to assure that all branches under his/her supervision are reaching their Gross Loan Portfolio Targets and are keeping excellent quality of their loan portfolio.

Job Responsibilities:

• Regional Head is responsible also for keeping branches equipped with all necessary means for doing business that is staff, technical means and any other upon requirement.
• Regional Head is responsible for consistent improvement of internal processes and work flows as well as for improvement of social culture and atmosphere in the branches.
• Regional Head is the part of training process and is responsible to act as trainer both in classrooms trainings and in field.
• Regional Head is responsible for fulfillment of the approved budget in terms of Loan Portfolio quality and volume.

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum Graduate
• 5 – 7 years of relevant experince.
