Job Description:

• Participate in the definition of the branch objectives, to make sure they are known and understood by him/her and the branch staff
• Define branch commercial strategy and ensure its application : branch zoning, definition, prospection plans, identify priorities and decline them into action plans

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform regular strategic market intelligence activities on competitors, market opportunities and clients needs (during field visits and regular meeting with commercial staff) in order to provide feedback to his supervisors
• Supervise the implementation of branch commercial strategy and prospection plan
• Be a driving force in building partnerships and fostering healthy relationships with branch partners.
• Manage loan applications (assignation of loan applications, validation of loan closures, perform management visits,etc)
• Plan and anticipate the recruitment needs of the branch according to branch expansion pans or immediate needs that may occur
• Support the acquisition of new customers and get involved in the development of commercial relationships with the strategic clients of the branch
• Ensure the implementation of the marketing actions of the bank in his branch

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum Graduate
• Experince : 3 – 5 Years of relevant experince
